Are You Prepared For The Swine Flu?

The world's eyes are on the rapidly spreading swine flu, or H1N1, as it's being called now to discourage the misconception that it can be spread by eating pork products.
The World Health Organization has elevated the alert to a Level 5, as the media sends us mixed messages about how concerned we all really should be. Whether this is the pandemic that experts say we're due for or simply another flu cycle that has been blown out of proportion,
now is a great time to reevaluate our emergency preparedness.
We truly can't afford to wait until our government "saves" us. We need to prepare our own homes and families for the worse case scenario, while hoping for the best. In order to prepare for a possible outbreak, experts are recommending that families store a 3 month supply of food, medicine, cash, and other necessities. One of those necessities is WATER.
Water plays an important part in health. Health agencies world-wide are recommending that everyone wash their hands frequently. It's also important to wash fresh fruits and vegetables carefully before eating. Drinking lots of water is always encouraged to help flush impurities out of your body.
Multi-Pure offers a wonderful Emergency Preparedness backpack for each person in your family in case of evacuation or other emergency. If you are prepared you won't fear. Be safe and healthy out there!
